Your party encounters a...

*This is just a random picture inspired by Dungeons and Dragons I made and I decided to make a story for it.  I might make a prequel picture, I might make a sequel picture, or this might be a one-off*

After fighting their way through an entire castle of monsters and seemingly insane people, all that remains of a once large party are Durgan, the human blademaster, and Teena, the half giant/half wood elf barbarian.  Desperate and tired, they push open the doors and find themselves in a giant lavish bath.  The bath is lit via magic, and while traditional sources of light dot the room, they appear to be only for decoration.

Before Durgan or Teena can take a step towards the bath, a giant form bursts from the water.  At first it appears to be a young woman, albeit one far larger than any of the races native to the material plane, but then Durgan and Teena notice that the woman has a snake tail where her legs should be and snakes growing out of her head.  Durgan assumed that the snakes coming from her head meant she was a Medusa, but Teena pointed out that Medusas have snakes instead of hair, and that this girl had both.  Teena then said it was more likely that this woman was a Yuan-ti abomination, but Durgan quickly shot down that idea by noting that abominations have very few human features, "and certainly don't have breasts large enough to sleep on".  Teena gave Durgan a dirty look, but decided to not punch his face in.

"Are you the people who made all the noise upstairs?"  the woman's voice boomed.  

Mustering all of his courage, Durgan put up his best bluff.  "Yea, that's us.  We're here to stop you and put an end to your cult!"

"My...cult?"  The giant woman tried to hold back a laugh but failed.  "I don't have any cult.  Why do you think I have one?"

"Because, "Durgan exclaimed "You have a giant castle, numerous monsters who obviously did not come from here, legions of insane followers, and to top it all off, you're a giant...medusa...yuan-ti...thing!"  Durgan faltered the last few words because he still had no idea what the woman was.

This time the woman didn't even try to hold back her laughter.  "Oh, no no.  I'm just visiting my boyfriend.  He owns this castle.  He takes care of lost monsters and feeds them.  And all those "insane followers", they're just people who lost most of their brains to Illithids."

"I think she's telling the truth."  Teena stated.  "Remember when I thought something was off with all of those people, how I said their heads looked weird?  I think those were holes Illithids make when they eat brains."

Durgan looked up at Teena in disbelief, then back to the giant woman.  "But, what about that strange sounds and lights people reported coming from this castle?"

"It's a long distance relationship.  I wanted to come for a visit and my boyfriend was just preparing a teleportation spell.  Besides, " the giant woman rose up from the water and gestured down the length of her gargantuan body "I'm pretty big.  I need a pretty powerful spell to teleport me."

"But, our comrades, our friends, they all..."  Durgan stammered as Teena kneeled and put her muscular arms around Durgan to console him.

"Ah, they're fine.  A spell automatically teleports anyone who is near death to the medical wing of this castle.  They are being treated as we speak, and I don't think you will find a better doctor within miles.  However..." the giant woman grabbed Durgan and Teena and lifted them up as if they were dolls "I think you owe my boyfriend an apology
